We're looking for a Contracts and Procurement Manager to join a forward-thinking property business in a varied role covering insurance, utilities, procurement, governance and operational support.

A genuinely niche opportunity for someone looking to move into a more technical and commercially focused position within property.

The role

You'll take ownership of

• Insurance renewals and broker relationships
• Gas, electricity and wider procurement
• Supplier and broker negotiation
• Contractor vetting and compliance
• Governance and company secretarial support
• CRM, trackers and operational processes
• Projects and process improvements
• Overseeing and quality-checking team workloads

What we're looking for

Property experience is important, ideally within residential property or property management.

Experience in any of the following would be valuable:

• Insurance broking or renewals
• Utilities or procurement
• Contractor management
• Property compliance
• Governance or company secretarial
• Property operations or project management

Insurance/renewal experience would be a big advantage, with utilities experience particularly desirable.
