Key responsibilities

The role

Gamechanger Farming is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Gamechanger team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate data flow, reporting and continuous improvement across different departments.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams.

Procurement and Rearing Support

Log and maintain weekly procurement activity records.

Use AgriWebb to log directs and ensure data accuracy.

Support procurement-related projects and wider supply chain growth initiatives.

Assist with service queries.

Data & Systems Management

Organise and maintain the supplier database to improve visibility and reporting.

Feed accurate information into contact lists and regional operational files.

Support the team with data entry and system updates.

Explore and implement new ways to drive efficiencies across procurement processes.

Insights Reporting

Compile and present customer feedback insights.

Develop creative reporting summaries (e.g., performance round-ups for calves).

This role requires a full UK driving licence.

Personal specification

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.

Analytical mindset

Strong communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in agriculture, supply chain, or procurement (desirable but not essential).
