Supply Chain and Quality Manager

Job Description

The Supply Chain and Quality Manager will be responsible for assessing suppliers during the tendering phase and contributing to the selection decision.

They will manage and contribute to supply-chain and quality aspects of contracts, ensuring timely, high-quality performance.

Additionally, they will ensure suppliers comply with required certifications in coordination with stakeholders.

The role involves supporting new product introduction, changes, and technical orders (ToW), ensuring industrial qualification maturity before serial production.

Key responsibilities include

• Assessing supplier capacity, capability, and performance
• Contributing to supplier development
• Identifying industrial risks and proposing mitigation actions
• Developing short-term recovery plans
• Initiating and managing supplier performance improvement projects
• Reporting on supplier operational performance
