Responsible for cost management, procurement, valuations, and contract administration, the team works closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and clients to monitor budgets, mitigate risk, and maximise value throughout the project lifecycle. Their expertise ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations — safeguarding both client satisfaction and company profitability.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Supply Chain Development Manager to focus on our Framework based Offsite Fabrication Project’s.

Location | Banbridge, Head Office

Hours | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm

Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience

Responsible to | Head of Commercial

What You'll be Doing

Lead supply chain development for major projects by strengthening supplier resilience and reducing reliance on single vendors. This involves analysing current supplier performance and risks, identifying and qualifying alternative suppliers across regions, and building multi-sourcing strategies. The role also includes negotiating contracts, evaluating global manufacturing options, maintaining strong supplier relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing risk assessments and contingency plans.

We employ a strong team of design engineers, CAD technicians, contracts managers and skilled trades personnel who utilise their vast industry experience to assist in the design, fabrication and delivery of our bespoke MEP solutions, which we supply throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.
