We are looking for a Client Procurement Analyst who brings curiosity, accuracy, and a passion for delivering high‑quality analysis that drives strategic decisions for our clients and internal stakeholders.

đź’Ľ About the Role

As a Client Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Account Managers with data‑driven insights. You’ll work across large purchasing datasets, benchmark pricing, evaluate supplier information, and support contract activity—ensuring accuracy, clarity, and commercial relevance in everything you deliver.

You’ll use advanced Excel, automation tools, and emerging AI-enabled platforms to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance reporting efficiency.

✅ What You’ll Do

  • Deliver accurate and timely price benchmarking and market analysis for UK and European accounts.
  • Analyse supplier and client data with a questioning, commercially focused mindset.
  • Produce tailored reports that turn complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to validate pricing and contract information.
  • Take ownership of data accuracy across systems and reports.
  • Use automation, analytics tools and AI-enabled platforms to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Support continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Work flexibly across the UK and EU depending on business priorities.

Essential

  • Strong analytical skills and a questioning mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
  • Experience working with large, complex data sets.
  • Background in analytics, purchasing, benchmarking, or commercial support.
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate.
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

Desirable

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a numerate or business-related discipline.
  • Knowledge of pricing, supplier or contract data.
  • Experience with analytical or automation tools.
  • Experience working across European markets.
  • European language skills.
