The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-energy Supply Chain & Fulfilment Manager to own the execution of our global inbound freight and warehouse operations. Managing our 3PL (third party logistics) networks across AU, US, and upcoming EU/UK territories, you will be the engine room of our logistics, stabilising day-to-day performance, mitigating risks, and ensuring our world-class fashion reaches our global community on time, every time.
You will
- Execute Global Strategy: Manage the air and sea freight mix to ensure launch timelines and inventory plans are met.
- Drive 3PL Excellence: Lead operational relationships with warehouse partners to hit SLAs across receiving, putaway, and dispatch.
- Master the Inbound Flow: Oversee the end-to-end journey of stock, from forwarder tracking and documentation to final warehouse putaway.
- Control the Costs: Maintain freight and warehouse trackers, providing data-driven insights and variance analysis to the Finance team.
- Build Visibility: Create monthly performance packs and real-time dashboards to surface operational trends and KPIs.
- Lead the Expansion: Support scalable process design as we expand our footprint into the EU and UK markets.
- Mitigate Risk: Identify potential disruptions early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity during peak seasons.
- Empower the Team: Lead and coach Inbound Coordinators, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of execution discipline.
You are
- You bring expertise in supply chain, logistics, or fulfilment operations.
- You have a proven track record of managing third-party logistics performance and holding partners to strict SLAs.
- You are comfortable navigating the complexities of both air and sea freight execution.
- You love a good spreadsheet and use data to make recommendations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- You are confident in partner conversations and understand the financial impact of operational decisions.
- You are just as comfortable diving into the hands-on details as you are thinking about scalable process improvements.
- Ideally, you come from a high-growth e-commerce, fashion, or FMCG background.
- You know how to manage a team to deliver accurate work on time while coaching them through complex resolutions.
