Are you ready to lead one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the UK? We’re looking for a visionary Head of Procurement & Supply Chain to shape and deliver a world-class strategy for the Lower Thames Crossing – the greenest road ever built.

This is your chance to make a lasting impact, driving innovation, sustainability, and collaboration across a £1.5bn supply chain. You’ll champion partnership principles, embed cutting-edge practices, and ensure our enterprise model sets the benchmark for excellence.

What you'll be doing

Lead the strategy for procurement and supply chain on a nationally significant project.
Drive transformation through innovation, digital enablement, and enterprise working.
Champion sustainability, enabling the journey to net zero and maximising SME and local supplier participation.
Collaborate at the highest level, acting as a strategic partner to National Highways and influencing industry-wide best practice.
Build and inspire a high-performing team that thrives on progress and inclusion.

Who we're looking for

Senior-level experience in procurement and supply chain within complex, large-scale projects.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
A passion for innovation, sustainability, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
Professional qualifications (CIPS or similar) desirable.
