Can you take a product from a factory floor. to a customer's door in the UK and sell it when it gets here?
Biteline is a new healthcare brand bringing high-quality, great-value products to the healthcare sector. We manufacture in Asia and are now building the supply chain and commercial engine to scale. We're looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to own the whole process, end to end.
What you'll do
- Find, audit and onboard new manufacturers across China and East Asia
- Negotiate price, MOQs, lead times and Incoterms, and manage supplier performance
- Own product certification and compliance (UKCA/CE, technical files, ISO 13485, labelling)
- Manage quality control and pre-shipment inspections with in-country partners
- Run inbound logistics from Asia to the UK: freight forwarders, consolidation, 3PL
- Handle customs and import: commodity codes, duties, VAT and documentation
- Forecast demand and manage stock, container planning and landed cost
- Win and grow B2B accounts with dental practices, groups and distributors
- Build the processes, systems and reporting to scale the business

- Excellent being analytical with a high level of forecasting and performance tracking
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in supply chain, procurement or sourcing
- 2+ years working directly with suppliers in China or East Asia
- A track record of setting up new overseas suppliers from scratch
- Practical experience of product certification and UK import/customs
- B2B sales experience and a confident, commercial negotiating style
- The drive to own a full process with little supervision
- Willingness to travel to Asia several times a year
Great to have
- Medical device, dental or healthcare consumables experience (UK MDR / MHRA)
- Mandarin or Cantonese
- Start-up or early-stage brand experience
- CIPS or similar qualification
