Salary: £70,000–£90,000 + Car Allowance + Shares + Bonus (up to 30%)

The Opportunity
As Category Lead – Facilities & Services Procurement, you will:
- Own and deliver the global category strategy across Facilities Management and operational services, working at the heart of a sophisticated, high-performing procurement team
- Lead sourcing and supplier management across hard and soft FM services, workplace services, and specialist operational service providers
- Manage complex supplier negotiations and long-term contracts, driving cost optimisation while enhancing service delivery
- Partner with senior Operations, Facilities, and Supply Chain leaders to influence strategy and align procurement with business priorities
- Drive supplier performance, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple geographies
- Navigate a complex, highly regulated global environment, contributing to award-winning procurement processes and frameworks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong procurement / category management experience within Facilities Management and services
- Background in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Manufacturing organisations
- Proven experience in managing complex service contracts and leading high-value supplier negotiations
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, confident engaging and constructively challenging senior leaders
- Commercially astute with a data-driven, strategic approach
- Degree qualified (Master’s advantageous)
- Full right to work in the UK
