FM Procurement Bid Manager – London (Hybrid) – Up to £60,000 + Package

Following continued expansion across FM delivery and new client growth opportunities, my client is looking to appoint an FM Procurement Bid Manager to support bids, sales activity, and mobilisation across complex FM contracts.

This newly repurposed position has been created due to the increasing demand for specialist FM procurement support during bid stages, particularly around FM supplier strategy, pricing, and the utilisation of preferred suppliers across new business opportunities.

The role will act as a key link between the Sales, Bids, Operational, and Supply Management teams, ensuring commercially competitive and operationally robust FM solutions are delivered across all growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

▪ Support Bids and Sales teams with FM pricing, supplier engagement, and commercial submissions

▪ Lead FM procurement activity across bid and mobilisation stages

▪ Drive utilisation of preferred FM suppliers across opportunities

▪ Manage RFQ processes and supplier negotiations

▪ Develop competitive and value-driven FM supply chain solutions

▪ Strengthen collaboration between Sales and Supply Management functions

▪ Support mobilisation handovers post-contract award

▪ Ensure governance, compliance, and commercial alignment throughout the process

Key areas of experience include

▪ FM procurement across Hard and Soft Services

▪ Managing subcontractors and supplier relationships

▪ Mobilisation support within complex FM environments

▪ Category strategy development and implementation

▪ Commercial negotiations and cost optimisation

▪ Bid support and RFQ management

▪ Stakeholder management across matrix organisations

Experience across FM sub-categories such as lift maintenance, fire & security, water treatment, M&E, and electrical wholesalers would be highly advantageous.

Ideal candidate

▪ Proven FM procurement or supply chain experience within a complex FM environment

▪ Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management capability

▪ Experience supporting bids, tenders, or mobilisation activity

▪ Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally

▪ Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a focus on margin improvement

▪ Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

▪ CIPS qualified or working towards qualification preferred
