We are supporting an organisation looking to appoint a Global Procurement Spend Analyst on a permanent basis to strengthen data visibility, reporting capability, and end-to-end sourcing across multiple categories.

  • Operate in a globally visible procurement function, presenting insights to senior and C-level stakeholders

Key responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end sourcing, from requirements gathering, supplier selection, benchmarking, and negotiation, through to contract execution
  • Build and maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards to provide clear, actionable insight
  • Manipulate and cleanse large and complex data sets to produce accurate reports
  • Collaborate closely with category managers and procurement leads to inform sourcing strategy and decision-making
  • Present findings and recommendations in a commercially compelling way to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for

  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex global data
  • Experience in end-to-end procurement and sourcing across categories such as IT, Professional Services, or other indirect spend
  • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • Ability to translate complex data into commercial insight that drives business outcomes
  • A proactive, commercially minded analyst who thrives in a global procurement environment

If you are analytical, commercially savvy, and available to join within 1 month, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact within a high-profile global procurement function.
