Interim Global IT Procurement Manager – Cyber Security – Not-for-Profit – Milton Keynes (1 day per week) – £550–700 p/d (Inside IR35)

A Not-for-Profit organisation is seeking an experienced IT Procurement professional with a strong Cyber Security focus to join its Global Sourcing team. As Global IT Procurement Manager, you will partner with executive stakeholders to enhance Procurement’s strategic impact and lead complex cross-border IT and Cyber Security deals across Software, IT Services, and Hardware.

Role Overview

• Build and strengthen relationships with executive and Board-level stakeholders, including the CTO and CFO, raising Procurement’s profile within the Cyber Security and IT community and ensuring Procurement is at the forefront of critical security initiatives.
• Play a pivotal role in a fast-paced, close-knit, and highly skilled Procurement team, demonstrating best-in-class Cyber Security procurement practices.
• Develop strategic vendor partnerships with niche Cyber Security, Software, and Technology providers, negotiating favorable terms while considering broader business benefits, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Support the evaluation and sourcing of security tools, services, and technologies to safeguard the organisation’s IT infrastructure.

Required Background

• Proven track record in IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Category Management within respected Blue Chip companies, Not-for-Profit organisations, or consulting firms.
• Expertise across IT, Cyber Security, and Technology categories, including software and hardware.
• Collaborative and engaging style with exceptional ability to build strong, productive relationships with senior business and security executives.
• Strong understanding of Cyber Security risk, compliance, and vendor management.
