London | Hybrid (3 days in office) | £50,000–£70,000 + package

A rapidly growing FMCG organisation is seeking a talented Procurement Specialist to join its expanding procurement function. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded procurement professional with experience across indirect categories—particularly Marketing and Professional Services—to play a key role in delivering strategic sourcing initiatives and driving value across the business.

Working within a high-performing procurement team, you will partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other corporate functions to develop sourcing strategies, manage suppliers, and deliver measurable commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories, with a focus on Marketing and Professional Services.
  • Deliver measurable value through commercial negotiation, cost optimisation, and supplier performance management.
  • Manage the end-to-end source-to-contract process, including RFI/RFP/RFQ development, supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing and corporate teams to understand requirements and deliver effective procurement solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of category strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, innovation, and continuous improvement within the supply base.
  • Support procurement governance, compliance, and risk management across sourcing activities.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years’ procurement experience, ideally across indirect categories such as Marketing, Professional Services, or other corporate spend areas.
  • Experience supporting or leading strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
  • Degree educated in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
  • Interest in pursuing or currently studying towards professional qualifications such as the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).

Why Apply?

  • Join a high-growth FMCG organisation with an evolving and strategically focused procurement function.
  • Exposure to strategic indirect spend categories and senior business stakeholders.
  • Clear development opportunities and the chance to take ownership of sourcing initiatives.
  • Hybrid working – 3 days per week in London.
