This is a key role within a modern, strategic supply chain team that’s redefining how supplier partnerships support large-scale engineering projects.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll manage and develop global supplier relationships across manufacturing and engineering. You’ll focus on integration, performance, and partnership—not transactional buying.

Using data and insight, you’ll drive continuous improvement and ensure suppliers are fully aligned to project needs, supporting major national infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to key global suppliers
• Lead supplier performance, engagement, and risk management
• Use data (e.g. Power BI) to measure and improve relationships
• Support project delivery through effective forecasting and collaboration
• Influence senior stakeholders and ensure business alignment

About You

• Proven experience in supply chain management within engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure
• Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder and data skills
• Confident making independent decisions and driving results
• Fluent in supply chain / CIPS principles
• Willing to travel 2–3 days per week for supplier and site engagement
