As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager (UK & ROW) to join our Supply Chain function and play a critical role in driving planning excellence, inventory optimisation, and customer service performance across key regions.
The Position-
Reporting to the Group Head of Supply Chain, this role is responsible for leading supply chain planning activities across the UK and Rest of World regions.
You will ensure optimal product availability while maintaining efficient inventory levels, balancing customer demand with supply capabilities. This is a highly collaborative and analytical role, requiring close engagement with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to deliver robust forecasting and planning strategies.
The position combines operational execution with continuous improvement, leveraging data, systems, and cross-functional insight to enhance planning accuracy and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to develop effective supply plans aligned to customer demand
- Generate demand forecasts using statistical modelling where required
- Ensure timely procurement from vendors, co-manufacturers, and assemblers to meet business needs
- Identify and resolve supply exceptions, including expediting orders and reallocating inventory
- Maintain product availability across designated regions
- Manage and improve key inventory metrics including stock turns, net inventory, and inventory health
- Identify supply and demand imbalances, communicating risks and trade-offs clearly
- Act as escalation point for supply and demand issues
- Maintain accurate and optimised master data within ERP and planning systems (e.g., BC365, EazyStock)
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of planning tools and processes
- Produce sales history reports and support forecasting for new product launches
- Gather and consolidate forecast data from product and sales managers, including OEM forecasts
- Support stock counting activities across Group companies
- Manage and develop direct reports, building capability within the planning function
About You
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain Planning or Demand Forecasting
- Strong knowledge of ERP and forecasting systems (e.g., BC365, EazyStock or equivalent)
- Advanced analytical capability with experience in tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Excel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong decision-making skills, particularly in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
- Proactive, driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
