Caldwell Ritchie Berry are seeking to appoint a Senior Associate to support our busy Construction and Procurement Teams. As a multi-jurisdictional legal practice, the successful candidate will be working at the cutting edge of construction and procurement law in Ireland, Northern Ireland and England & Wales. The ideal candidate will possess the following key attributes:
- A solicitor of at least 4 years’ PQE;
- Admission as a Solicitor in Ireland, Northern Ireland or England & Wales;
- Experience of working exclusively as a construction lawyer for at least 3 years;
- Experience of advising on standard form contracts, including NEC3/4, JCT, RIAI, Public Works, FIDIC or other similar forms; and
- Demonstrable experience of acting on behalf of parties to statutory adjudication.
A full driving licence is essential
