Supply Chain Coordinator – Contract

Location: Filton, Bristol (minimum 60% onsite)

Duration: Until November 2026 (possible extension)

Rate: £30.69/hr Umbrella | £22.94/hr PAYE

Hours: 35 per week

IR35: Inside IR35

A leading aerospace organisation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to support critical manufacturing programmes. You’ll manage supplier performance, ensure continuity of supply, and act as a key interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders across global sites.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchase orders and delivery performance Analyse MRP data and supply exceptions Optimise ordering parameters and stock levels Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery and quality issues Track KPIs including missing parts, service levels and stock Support supplier reviews and new product introductions

Essential Experience

Proven supply chain or supply management background Strong SAP and MRP experience Analytical and data‑driven approach Confident communicator with stakeholder management skills
