Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Work Transfer & IT Compliance Engineer to join their supply chain and engineering team.

This is a unique role combining engineering, supplier management, supply chain resilience, and IT/data compliance within a highly regulated aerospace environment.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe and controlled transfer of engineering work between suppliers, protecting business continuity across a complex international supply chain.

You will also act as a guardian of supplier IT and data compliance, ensuring partners meet strict standards for information security, data protection, and operational integrity.

Your work will directly support the delivery of critical aerospace systems used worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Managing work transfer activities between suppliers within a complex supply chain
• Protecting business continuity during supplier transitions
• Ensuring suppliers meet IT, data security, and compliance standards
• Working with engineering, sourcing, and supplier teams to maintain operational resilience
• Monitoring third-party suppliers for information security and regulatory compliance
• Supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain

Experience in aerospace, defence, engineering manufacturing, or regulated environments would be beneficial.
