As a Senior Manager and Decision Intelligence expert in our Supply Chain Fulfilment team, you will spearhead the optimisation of industry-leading clients' logistics operations. You'll apply advanced decision intelligence techniques and platforms to translate complex data into actionable strategies, driving efficiency and resilience across global supply chains. This pivotal role empowers you to lead high-impact engagements, shaping the future of how organisations plan and deliver their products.

Your day-to-day could involve

  • Leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced supply chain strategy work across logistics and fulfilment and developing innovative solutions for clients.
  • Architecting and deploying innovative logistics solutions, encompassing areas such as transportation, warehouse automation, yard management, warehousing, inventory management, and network design, often within a programme delivery framework.
  • Expertly applying decision intelligence techniques and systems (e.g., Aera, Rulex, or similar) to analyse complex supply chain data, identify optimisation opportunities, and drive data-backed recommendations.
  • Building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their challenges, and articulating the value of Deloitte's solutions.
  • Guiding and mentoring project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and contributing to the professional growth of your teams.
  • Contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and practice development initiatives, leveraging insights and technical expertise to build your brand in the market.

Your Technical & Consulting Toolkit

  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience across the full spectrum of logistics operations, including global transportation, warehouse automation technologies, yard management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory optimisation, and supply chain network design.
  • Proven hands-on experience with decision intelligence platforms (e.g., Aera, Rulex) or advanced analytical tools that leverage AI/ML for supply chain optimisation, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • A strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies, with a track record of successf
