Meet the team
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst responsible for supporting the EMEA regional team by streamlining supply chain operations and enhancing affiliated IT systems through process standardization, testing, and problem-solving.
In this position, you will facilitate testing procedures, promote process standardization, address problem-solving activities, and monitor systems to identify and implement enhancements. As a member of the regional Supply Chain team for EMEA, you will be instrumental in maintaining efficient and reliable supply chain operations, as well as supporting ongoing improvements to affiliated IT systems. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to evaluate new system functionalities, align best practices across regions, resolve process challenges, and systematically assess system performance in order to recommend and execute upgrades. Your contributions will drive optimization of end-to-end processes throughout the organization.
Where you come in
- Facilitate system and process testing to ensure new functionalities and improvements meet business requirements.
- Drive process standardization initiatives across supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Identify, analyze, and solve operational and system-related problems, collaborating with IT and other departments as needed.
- Continuously monitor supply chain systems to detect issues, report recurring problems to IT, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, external 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders—to evaluate and implement new system functionalities and process upgrades.
- Act as a liaison to align best practices and system solutions across different regions within the EMEA supply chain network.
- Assess and recommend enhancements to existing supply chain and affiliated IT systems to optimize end-to-end processes.
- Support ongoing improvement projects by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and training materials for supply chain systems and processes.
- Participate in regular reviews of system performance, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What makes you successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field or relevant certification (such as APICS CSCP or Six Sigma) or proven work experience.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience supporting supply chain, demand planning, or finance operations, ideally within a regional or global organization.
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain management software and data analysis tools (Oracle Fusion and/or Salesforce Lightning is advantage). Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated experience in process standardization, system testing, and driving operational efficiencies across multi-regional supply chain networks.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve system and operational issues, collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting or leading improvement projects, including documentation of standard operating procedures and development of training materials.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership and interface comfortably with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working collaboratively across departments, with external partners (such as 3PL providers), and within diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with supply chain operations in the EMEA region and experience aligning best practices across multiple geographic locations.

Experience and Education Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
