Job Overview

As the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Director, you will be ultimately responsible for the group of company’s Supply Chain. You will provide strategic operational leadership and drive business performance through effective change, operational planning, Manufacturing & Supply chain reform and analysis. You will report directly to the Managing Director. Taking a group perspective of operations to improve capability and efficiency.

Key Objectives

Collaborate with Managing Director in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy and wider business planning.
Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
Supporting the CEO of China to assist with the optimization, of the China manufacturing facility. With a focus on machine investment, automation to achieve new capabilities, capacity growth and efficiency.
Provide strategic analysis and frame business choices to reform/optimize the supply chain to the needs of the front-end business functions.
Responsible for Supply chain and operations risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
Oversea inter-company relations between company brand divisions and the manufacturing division.
Primary leadership and support to the manufacturing division in China.
Manage the Head of group operations to be ultimately responsible for overall group operations.
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual operations & supply chain reporting & KPI for the company and its subsidiaries
Identify and mitigate risks and implement appropriate controls
Work closely with other departments to ensure targets are aligned with business objectives
Close working relationship with the Finance director to ensure all supply chain and operational scenarios are understood.
As a Board Director to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business.
