Supply Chain Planner
LOCATION: North Cave, East Yorkshire

We have an excellent opportunity for a Supply Chain Planner to join Brocklesby Ltd, part of the St1 Group, supporting their Energy, Trade & Logistics operations. This pivotal role enhances communication between customers, drivers, planners, production and the fleet team to ensure seamless, reliable and compliant supply chain performance.
With responsibility spanning daily logistics coordination, customer communication, service performance, compliance support and KPI reporting, this role provides broad exposure across a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer collection requests and supply chain queries
- Manage delivery bookings and associated administration with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate daily operations between drivers, planners and the fleet team
- Act as a crucial link between logistics and production planning to ensure efficient operations
- Manage live service issues, providing timely updates and solutions to customers
- Support Earned Recognition documentation, compliance submissions and audit processes
- Work alongside the Supply Chain Manager to analyse logistics and communication data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
- Produce service performance summaries and maintain KPI dashboards
- Provide logistics and production planning support during absence of the lead planners
- Participate in weekend and bank holiday on-call rota to support continuity of service
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in logistics, transport coordination, customer service or supply chain operations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Knowledge of Paragon, Webfleet or Tachomaster systems (advantageous)
- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as Earned Recognition
- Accurate and detail-focused approach to documentation and planning
- Resilience, proactive problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset
