Commercial Supply Chain Leader

Location: Hook (Hybrid)

Initial 12 month Contract

The Commercial Supply Chain Leader oversees supply chain operations across assigned commercial affiliates, ensuring accurate demand planning, effective replenishment, and optimized inventory management. Reporting to the Senior Director, International Commercial Supply Chain, this role drives execution of S&OP processes, partners cross-functionally to resolve supply challenges, and ensures consistent adoption of supply chain best practices.

This leader maintains a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain activities, supports product launches through robust forecasting, and monitors key performance metrics to strengthen operational excellence. The position is also responsible for developing and coaching a small team of supply chain professionals and fostering collaboration with Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Global Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications Include

• Supply chain degree or equivalent experience,
• SAP proficiency
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication and influencing skills,
• Experience in pharmaceutical, veterinary, or consumer goods industries.
• (Local UK travel is required)
