Supply Chain Support Specialist

What You Will Do

  • Track and report on supplier performance, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Oversee daily inventory activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
  • Support stock audits.
  • Monthly sales and stock reconciliations across multiple 3PLs.
  • Root cause investigation of stock discrepancies.
  • Master data support.
  • Arranging shipments from CMOs to 3PLs.
  • Upload of quality documentation to facilitate product release.
  • Periodic 3PL on site stock counts.
  • Documentation of processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Procurement support.

What You Will Bring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in supply planning, procurement, or inventory management is highly desirable.

Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Experience in Pharma highly desirable
  • Experience working with complex data
