About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationships. This role focuses on ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate brings strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and experience in end-to-end procurement processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchasing
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to meet procurement needs
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
  • Track orders, deliveries, and supplier performance
  • Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Knowledge of contract management and supplier evaluation techniques
  • Familiarity with industry-specific procurement practices
  • Relevant certification such as:
  • Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
