NEA Cluster Procurement Lead (London)

Gedeon Richter is seeking an experienced procurement leader to join our London office as NEA Cluster Procurement Lead.

In this strategic regional role, you will drive procurement excellence across the Northern Europe & Australia (NEA) cluster, leading multi-country procurement activities while partnering with global stakeholders to deliver business value, operational efficiency, and supplier innovation.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with global and regional objectives
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and process improvements across the cluster
• Implement global sourcing and category strategies in collaboration with HQ teams
• Lead supplier negotiations, contracting, and relationship management
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and risk management requirements
• Oversee procurement analytics, spend management, and reporting
• Lead and develop procurement teams across multiple countries and sites

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of procurement experience, including regional or multi-country leadership
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management expertise
• Experience working within complex matrix organizations
• Knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP, Coupa, or Ariba
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
