The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join a growing Operations team within an established international technology business.

This newly created role will play a key part in managing the smooth flow of products, components and information through the supply chain, working closely with suppliers, factory partners, internal teams and customers across multiple countries.

The business operates within the data centre and connectivity sector, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to take ownership of a newly created position and make a real impact as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and track the movement of products, components and materials from international suppliers through to customers.
• Work closely with suppliers, factory partners and internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements and delivery deadlines are met.
• Monitor shipments, identify potential delays and proactively resolve supply chain issues.
• Analyse supply chain data, inventory levels and performance to support forecasting and informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes, efficiency and service levels.

About You

• 5+ years' experience in supply chain management, ideally within data centres, telecommunications, technology or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Engineering supply chain processes, logistics, inventory management and forecasting, with experience managing supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and countries.
• Highly organised and analytical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Any relevant supply chain qualifications such as APICS/CPIM or LEAN would be extremely desirable
