About The Role As the Director, EMEA Sites, Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) & Capital Procurement – Cross BU-EMEA, You’ll lead the site Procurement teams in EMEA, ensuring quality, service, and supply risk management. You’ll partner with global and regional buying teams to drive strategy, focusing on savings delivery, value engineering, and complexity reduction. This high-impact role spans multiple categories and suppliers, with significant scope and complexity. In this role, you will: Drive key stakeholder engagement for spend categories, aligning with global categories to meet business needs. Collaborate with Procurement leaders to adopt best practices. Strategically engage with stakeholders to position Procurement’s value proposition. Ensure compliance with Haleon Procurement policies and processes. Lead, manage, and develop a team of professional sourcing staff across multiple countries. Build high-performing teams and champion diversity and inclusion. Develop strategic relationships with senior Haleon stakeholders to create value and position Procurement’s value proposition. Align with global category teams to execute sourcing strategies and deliver benefits through effective strategy execution. Build strategic relationships with key suppliers and manage supplier performance. Transform the supply chain to release value and respond to business and customer needs. Identify and manage significant risks in the supply chain, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place. Qualifications & Skills: Master’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, Business, or Finance. Significant professional Procurement experience in a comparable large, complex company, preferably FMCG. Experience in raw and packaging material procurement. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic influencing skills. Strong business and financial acumen, technical expertise, and decision-making capability. Demonstrated relationship management and program management skills. Understanding of legal, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Contracting experience, including planning, negotiation, execution, interpretation, and maintenance. Care to join us.
