The Role
The Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the operational backbone of the business. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you will take ownership of the supply chain lifecycle, ensuring product flows seamlessly from concept through to customer.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to production planning and delivery. You’ll be trusted to balance commercial priorities with operational realities, anticipate challenges before they arise, and put solutions in place that support both short-term trading and long-term growth. For someone who enjoys building strong supplier relationships, improving processes, and making a tangible impact, this role offers real scope and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end supply chain, from supplier onboarding through to final delivery
- Lead production planning and critical path management across seasonal collections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and manufacturers
- Manage forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory levels to support commercial targets
- Identify and resolve supply chain risks, delays, and cost pressures proactively
- Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, Buying, and Logistics teams
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and supplier performance
- Support sustainability, ethical sourcing, and compliance initiatives
What the Client Would Like to See
- Proven experience in a Supply Chain or Production role within fashion, apparel, or retail
- Strong understanding of critical path, production timelines, and supplier management
- Experience working with overseas suppliers and factories
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance cost, quality, and speed to market
