Location: Fully remote or Midlands/North West

Reports to: Director of Supply Chain

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Global Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple regions of our clients online retail business. They work globally and their team spams the UK, Europe and Australasia. You'll drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless delivery of products to our global customers 🚀.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & execute global supply chain strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and logistics
• Lead a global team of supply chain professionals
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders
• Drive cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation
• Leverage data analytics to optimize supply chain decisions
• Ensure compliance with regulations, sustainability standards, and company policies

Requirements

• 5+ years in global supply chain management
• Proven track record in logistics, procurement, or operations
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus 🌐

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail or manufacturing
• Certification in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPSM)
• Knowledge of emerging supply chain tech (AI, blockchain)
