At Hilton Food Group, we're looking for an accomplished Supply Chain leader to step into a high-impact interim role during a key period of transformation.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a senior, business-critical position with full ownership of outbound supply chain performance across Retail & Food Service.

What You'll Do

Take full accountability for outbound supply chain and despatch operations

Lead and develop teams to deliver on-time, in-full performance

Act as a key interface with major retail customers

Drive process improvement, cost-saving initiatives, and operational excellence

Lead cross-functional projects that enhance service and commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For

Proven interim or senior Supply Chain leadership experience

Strong people leadership and line management capability

Track record of delivering results in transformational or change environments

Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at senior level
