Salary: £26,500 per annum

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent (Office Based)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 4:00pm

Contract Type – Permanent

As Procurement Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Procurement team. Acting as a first point of contact for stakeholders and suppliers, you will help ensure purchase orders, systems and processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

This is a varied and hands-on role offering exposure across procurement, warehouse and contract support functions within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for procurement-related queries

Manage shared inboxes and telephone enquiries

Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team

Process purchase orders, collections and off-hires

Maintain accurate delivery, stock and collection records

Update and maintain internal systems and databases

Export and format data using Excel

Chase suppliers for outstanding orders and updates

Essential Skillset

Minimum 6 months’ experience in an administrative or support role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Experience managing a high workload with conflicting priorities

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Confident problem-solving ability

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable learning new systems

Salary of £26,500

Monday to Friday working hours (08:00am – 4:00pm)
