Procurement Excellence Manager
InvestigoWe’re looking for a Procurement Excellence Manager to join a leading global low-carbon energy and services company. About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll drive procurement excellence across the organization, with key focus areas including:
- Digital Transformation & IS Tools (20%) – Implement strategic procurement tools, support global tech transformation programs, and drive procurement analytics and data management best practices.
- Process Governance & Compliance (25%) – Standardize procurement processes, ensure governance and policy compliance, build dashboards, and support risk management initiatives.
- Process Development & Reporting (25%) – Lead rollout of procurement KPIs, reporting packs, P2P processes, supplier onboarding, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Communication, Change & Knowledge Management (20%) – Own training, adoption, and stakeholder engagement, fostering collaboration across procurement, finance, legal, IT, and sustainability teams.
- Sustainability & Ethics (10%) – Support carbon-neutral initiatives, inclusive sourcing, and ensure compliance with ethics and H&S standards in procurement activities.
What Success Looks Like
- Routine delivery of dashboards, reporting packs, and SOPs
- Full compliance with governance, due diligence, and ethics policies
- Timely and proactive onboarding, training, and stakeholder support
- Agile, solution-focused approach to business needs
About You
- 10+ years in procurement with exposure to digital transformation, e-procurement systems, and process standardization
- Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management)
- Strong analytical, stakeholder influencing, and project management skills
- Experienced in change management, communication, and training
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s or CIPs qualification preferred
- Energy sector experience is an advantage
