Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective IFS ERP solutions.
Implement, configure, and provide ongoing support for IFS ERP Supply Chain modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Sales & Distribution, and Production Planning.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions, delivering end-user support to ensure successful adoption of IFS ERP solutions.
Evaluate existing business processes and offer recommendations for improvements, employing IFS best practices.
Create detailed functional specifications, test scripts, and documentation to support system enhancements and integrations.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience with IFS ERP, particularly within Supply Chain modules.
In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Production, and Sales.
Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts.
Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Desirable

IFS Certification in relevant modules.
Exposure to various industries and complex supply chain operations.
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
