We Are Looking For a High-potential, Motivated Graduate To Join Our Graduate Scheme Starting September 2026. This Two-year Scheme Aims To Give You An Accelerated Route To The Supply Chain Management Level. Our Graduate Scheme Is Tailored To You And Will Give You Experience In The 4 Key Areas Of Our Supply Chain

• supply planning
• demand planning
• procurement

Selection Process

• Application and numerical reasoning test
• Online psychometric test
• Mini essay questions on supply chain and international trade
• Video interview
• In person interview and task on Thursday 23rd April 2026

The Ideal Candidate

• Good organisation skills, analytical and the ability to communicate effectively [verbally and in writing]
• The self-motivation to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving with changing priorities
• A 2:2 degree or equivalent
• The determination and commitment to be a future leader who can rise through our business
• Proactive at identifying issues as or before they arise
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines
