Logistics & Fulfilment Manager

We’re looking for a Fulfilment Expert to join our Supply Chain team, focusing on last-mile delivery optimization and cross-border logistics performance across Europe. This role plays a key part in improving fulfilment efficiency, delivery success rates, and cost management for Joybuy’s international e-commerce operations.

What You’ll Do

• Optimise and expand last-mile delivery networks, managing both 1P and 3P performance to ensure excellent fulfilment experiences for customers and merchants.
• Analyse delivery performance data (timeliness, lost parcels, complaint ratios), identify root causes, and drive resolution initiatives.
• Conduct cost and settlement analysis to enhance cost efficiency and delivery success rates.
• Evaluate and select logistics service providers, resolving bottlenecks and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Collaborate with product, operations, IT, and customer service teams to enhance fulfilment systems and ensure scalable, reliable delivery operations.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–8 years’ experience in logistics or fulfilment operations, preferably in large cross-border e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of European and US last-mile delivery networks and carrier models.
• Proven analytical and cost-optimisation abilities with experience in performance tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional project coordination skills.
• Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
