Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Procurement Manager, based in Pinchbeck, with flexibility for remote work. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers, conducting evaluations, negotiating prices, and ensuring efficient procurement processes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, optimizing cost efficiencies, and maintaining adherence to budget and quality standards across all procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supplier Evaluation and building strategic supplier relationships
• Proficiency in Price Negotiation and management of supplier agreements
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance and market trends
• Knowledge of Procurement and Contract Management best practices
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CIPS)
• Experience in the food or fresh produce industry is highly desirable
