Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

JTAPE Limited is a growing manufacturer specialising in high-performance, innovative adhesive tape and film solutions. We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our supply chain operations, ensuring the reliable supply of materials that support production and customer demand.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing supplier relationships, driving procurement strategy, and improving supply chain efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for key raw materials including foams, adhesives, release liners, and packaging.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
• Ensure reliable supply of materials to support production alongside the Supply Chain Co-ordinator.
• Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts using ERP systems.
• Manage inbound logistics and optimise freight and transport costs.
• Implement supplier KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Support new product development through sourcing of appropriate materials and suppliers.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory planning.
• Knowledge of materials such as adhesives, films, foams or converting materials is advantageous.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
