Your role
We’re looking for a proactive Supply Chain Business Partner with strong demand planning and forecasting expertise, plus a solid grasp of end‑to‑end supply chain processes. In this role, you’ll lead the S&OP cycle, deliver accurate, data‑driven forecasts, and ensure seamless connection between commercial teams and supply operations. You’ll drive forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and support agile, informed decision‑making across the business. This position calls for analytical strength, cross‑functional collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Your key responsibilities
Demand Planning
- Own the demand planning process and deliver accurate, insight‑driven forecasts using advanced analytics and market intelligence
- Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, aligning demand and supply with sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- Track and improve forecast accuracy, addressing bias and performance drivers
- Build scenario plans to guide strategic decisions and mitigate risk
- Analyze historical data, promotions, and market trends to refine forecasts
- Use planning tools (Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP/APO) to ensure efficient and reliable forecasting
End‑to‑End Supply Chain
- Align demand plans with procurement, production, and logistics activities
- Optimize inventory by balancing service levels and working capital
- Partner closely with commercial and operations teams to match supply capabilities with demand
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and support ongoing process improvements
What we are looking for
Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting within FMCG or similar environments, including ownership of S&OP
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency with planning tools (Kinaxis, SAP IBP/APO) and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI knowledge a plus
- Broad understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes
- Demonstrated cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management
- 5+ years in demand planning/supply chain roles with a track record of continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
