- Work with the Commercial Lead to ensure variations are procured correctly, with competitive and comprehensive quotations
Collaboration & Planning

- Collaborate with Project Management to plan materials at least 7 days in advance, targeting delivery the week prior to installation
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment
Supplier & Subcontractor Compliance
- Identify and onboard new subcontractors and suppliers to strengthen the supply chain
- Ensure all suppliers and subcontractors meet compliance requirements, addressing issues and escalating where necessary
- Liaise with Project Managers to manage site inventory and coordinate the return of excess materials for credit
Urgent & Ad Hoc Requirements
- Prioritise urgent procurement needs to minimise disruption to project timelines
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Project Coordinator or Commercial Lead as appropriate
- Review and update material lists, highlighting and escalating any deviations or budget impacts

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
