Description

• Lead, inspire & develop the Procurement team
• Build strong supplier partnerships and negotiate competitive terms
• Drive the procurement strategy to support growth and efficiency
• Ensure reliable supply, quality standards & on-time delivery
• Improve processes, systems, and cost performance
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Finance & Warehouse teams
• Use data to shape decisions and support continuous improvement

Profile

• Senior-level procurement or supply chain leadership experience
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams
• Confident with ERP/MRP systems and data-led planning
• Understanding of logistics & quality standards (e.g., ISO)
• CIPS or related degree (preferred)
