Description

Lead, inspire & develop the Procurement team

Build strong supplier partnerships and negotiate competitive terms

Drive the procurement strategy to support growth and efficiency

Ensure reliable supply, quality standards & on-time delivery

Improve processes, systems, and cost performance

Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Finance & Warehouse teams

Use data to shape decisions and support continuous improvement

Profile

Senior-level procurement or supply chain leadership experience

Strong negotiation and commercial skills

Proven ability to develop high-performing teams

Confident with ERP/MRP systems and data-led planning

Understanding of logistics & quality standards (e.g., ISO)

CIPS or related degree (preferred)Job Offer
