Are you passionate about supply chain planning and forecasting? Do you have experience in managing complex data and collaborating across teams to drive business decisions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading and highly regarded Yorkshire business within FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the monthly demand forecasting process across the UK & Europe.
• Analysing historical EPOS/Sage/customer sales, orders received/invoiced, customer forecasts, and ordering patterns to predict future demand trends.
• Collaborating with the sales team to review promotional plans, new customer listings, and range extensions.
• Working closely with Supply Chain planners to align on supply plans and SKU categorization.
• Delivering accurate forecast recommendations based on insights into new product launches, customer growth, and market trends.
• Driving forecast accuracy improvements and implementing trackers to enhance forecast reliability.

Profile

• Proven experience in end to end supply chain planning
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present complex data clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
• A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and enhance ways of working.
• Import experience
• Familiarity with the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
