I'm exclusively supporting a leading UK supply chain operation undergoing an exciting period of change. We’re looking for an experienced Interim Procurement Manager to provide continuity, steady leadership and strategic oversight pre a new permanent hire starting in role. Client will support 2-3 days on site, remainder remote-working.

The Opportunity

The interim Procurement Manager will be

  • Leading a capable procurement team across multiple UK sites.
  • Managing indirect spend priorities.
  • Providing strategic input into sourcing decisions, tenders and supplier negotiations.
  • Supporting operational and finance stakeholders to maintain spend control and procurement governance.
  • Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while embedding best practice and supporting team development.

About You

The ideal interim Procurement Manager will have/be:

  • Experienced Procurement Manager with team‑leadership experience.
  • Strong indirect procurement expertise within manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or similar operational sectors.
  • Confident in engaging with stakeholders at Director/Site Management level.
  • Thrive in fast‑moving environments and can hit the ground running.
  • Comfortable working on‑site 2–3 days per week.
  • Available to start at short notice for a 3-6 month period
