The Opportunity

Are you a Procurement Manager who loves creating structure, developing people and building high‑performing teams? Do you thrive in fast‑growth environments where you can make a visible impact quickly?

Working within a high-growth consumer facing-business, the Procurement Manager will report directly into the SLT and will assist in evolving the Procurement function from a transactional to a strategic, value‑adding partner within the business. —improving inventory accuracy, developing people, strengthening supplier relationships and embedding new processes, governance and capability.

Your Remit

The Procurement Manager will

  • Cleanse and optimise inventory and ERP data accuracy, using data to facilitate procurement efficiencies
  • Coach, develop and mentor their team
  • Assist in implementing robust supplier relationship management-, supplier due diligence- processes, KPIs and governance
  • Support the team's transition into category management
  • Work and build relationships cross‑functionally to resolve supply issues

About You

The ideal Procurement Manager will have/be

  • Proven direct/product procurement management experience essential
  • Strong background in inventory management beneficial
  • Experienced in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Experience coaching, managing and developing junior procurement staff
  • Comfortable working in a rapid growth environment —calm under pressure
  • People-focused, strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to work full time on site
