The Supply Planner is a full time, permanent position working in a supportive team.
Day to day duties for the planner include
- Create accurate demand forecasts and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Place orders, schedule deliveries, and resolve any supply or quality issues with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate ERP product and supplier data.
- Support new product launches and manage seasonal or customer‑specific requests.
- Oversee stock and inventory checks.
- Process purchase orders, ensuring on‑time delivery and correct documentation.
- Manage import and logistics of goods.

About You
The successful Supply Planner will be/ have
- Experience in supply chain, planning or purchasing—ideally within FMCG
- Confidence managing end‑to‑end sales order processes
- Strong analytical skills and Excel/forecasting proficiency
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Experience with ERP systems and online ordering portals
- Ability effectively manage work load
- Solid understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles
