The Role

The Supply Planner is a full time, permanent position working in a supportive team.

Day to day duties for the planner include

  • Create accurate demand forecasts and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Place orders, schedule deliveries, and resolve any supply or quality issues with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate ERP product and supplier data.
  • Support new product launches and manage seasonal or customer‑specific requests.
  • Oversee stock and inventory checks.
  • Process purchase orders, ensuring on‑time delivery and correct documentation.
  • Manage import and logistics of goods.

About You

The successful Supply Planner will be/ have

  • Experience in supply chain, planning or purchasing—ideally within FMCG
  • Confidence managing end‑to‑end sales order processes
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel/forecasting proficiency
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and online ordering portals
  • Ability effectively manage work load
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles
