Supply Chain Assistant
NMC UK LTDWe are seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Assistant to assist the PPIC Manager with the day to day operations of the department.
Job Description
The Candidate
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system.
- Confidence following up and managing deadlines.
Key Tasks
- Transferring of stock between storage locations.
- Responsible for all non-production purchasing. Creation of orders (SAP and Manual), sourcing of products and liaising with suppliers.
- Book deliveries into SAP.
- Procure intercompany products in line with customer demand.
- Organise paperwork, such as delivery notes and incoming delivery schedules.
- Effectively communicate with other departments, including intercompany.
- Prepare reports as and when required.
- Ordering raw materials from Suppliers.
- Creation and maintenance of master data on SAP.
- Assist with Stock Check.
- Assist with Production Planning.
- Assist with Packaging Waste Data and Submissions.
- Comply with Health & Safety and Environmental Policies.

Hours of work:-
Your normal hours of work will be 37.5 per week, 8 hours per day between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (half hour unpaid lunch break).
