Full Time | Office Based

Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm

Location: West Kent

Salary £32 – 35k (DOE)

A well-established company in West Kent is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator. This role sits at the heart of the business, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, stock is managed effectively, and the commercial team receives the support needed to operate smoothly. Strong Excel skills are essential for analysing data, monitoring performance, and providing insights to help improve processes.

My client is looking for someone with experience in the fresh produce industry, ideally in a similar supply chain coordination role.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment

Align stock availability with production plans and customer demand

Serve as a key link between commercial and operational teams

Support the commercial team with supply chain planning and execution

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Analyse supply chain data and present insights clearly to internal stakeholders

Identify potential risks and propose effective solutions to maintain service levels

Requirements

High attention to detail with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks under pressure

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance customer needs with operational constraints

Excellent organisational, time management, and self-motivation skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse and interpret data

Prior experience in the Fresh Produce industry
