Our client a successful and growing events company based in Rye, is recruiting for a Procurement Executive to join their team. This company specialises in planning and delivering high-end corporate events across the globe.

Salary up to £28,000DOE

36 days holiday including bank holidays

Two-week Christmas shutdown

Monday – Friday 9am - 5pmKey Responsibilities

Work closely with suppliers to source AV equipment at competitive prices

Prepare accurate and compelling project quotes for clients

Manage logistics and ensure the timely delivery of equipment to the head office and international venues

Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless event executionWhat We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational and negotiation skills

A technical mindset with an eye for detail

Interest in music, entertainment, or AV equipment is highly desirable

Previous experience in procurement, logistics, or a similar role preferred
