IT Procurement Specialist

Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by our well-known London based client to recruit for an IT Procurement Specialist.

The role

As my clients IT Procurement Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing a range of IT equipment and digital services. You will be charged with managing a variety of complex and high value procurement and tender activities alongside managing a variety of vendors. That role will be charged with performing strategic procurement activities across your defined portfolio of spend.

The candidate

Membership of the CIPS or working towards this qualification or equivalent, or a degree level or equivalent education

Experience in IT category management, including running tenders for a variety of software and hardware and digital services

Strong day-to-day project planning, and delivery skills

Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills.

Proven experience of managing a varied range of internal stakeholders

This role comes with an excellent Hybrid work pattern.
